Aisling O’Brian

Aisling is an arts manager with 15 years’ experience specialising in cultural producing, project management, and artist support and development. She has worked with some of Ireland’s leading artists, organisations and Festivals.

As a coach, Aisling takes an authentic, intuitive and kind approach in every element of her work practice. She sees coaching as a partnership. She works in a warm and diligent way to create a safe space for growth, stillness, reflection and action. She can challenge and champion, in equal measure. Her coaching is client-centred, strengths based and compassionate. She is interested in exploring the power of personal autonomy and draws on a wide range of modalities informed by her broad professional and educational experience. Aisling’s approach to coaching grows, as she does.

As a Festival Producer, she has produced for Kilkenny Arts Festival, Dublin Festival of History and the Hinterland Arts Festival. As an Arts Consultant, she has worked with Fingal Arts Office, South Dublin Arts Office & Meath Arts Office. She co-developed and coordinated FRINGE LAB with Dublin Fringe Festival from 2012 – 2019 before forming AOB Arts Management. As a Youth Arts Worker, she founded the Northside Youth Café Arts Initiative, Moyross, Limerick. She is currently the Assistant Arts Officer with Meath Arts Office.

Aisling holds qualifications in Counselling & Psychotherapy, Addiction Studies (NUIM), Drama & Theatre Studies (NUIM), and a PGrad Diploma in Business in Cultural Event Management (IADT), and is a qualified Reiki Practitioner. She recently completed the Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership and Executive Coaching & Mentorship with Kingstown College, and Relational Dynamic Coaching with Relational Dynamics 1st Ltd.
