Andrew Macklin
Andrew is an actor, qualified career development practitioner and coach with over 20 years’ experience in the creative industries across Ireland and the UK. As founder of Boundless Careers he supports creatives to build sustainable, fulfilling careers by blending evidence-based coaching with career theory and lived experience. he works with universities, charities and arts organisations like Minding Creative Minds & creative and cultural industries skillnet to support the professional development of those working across Ireland’S creative sector. As a coach he specialises in helping creatives navigate career change, develop clarity and confidence, DIVERSIFY THEIR WORK and manage the challenges of freelance life with greater rhythm and agency.
His qualifications include a Postgraduate Certificate in Career Coaching from Birkbeck University London, a diploma in transformative coaching FROM THE animas centre for coaching and ICF accredited certificates in Narrative coaching, positive psychology in coaching and group coaching. He trained as an actor at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and is qualified domestic violence prevention trainer. He is a registered member of the Career Development Institute (CDI) and is credentialed as a coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
