Catherine Griffin.

Catherine is an accomplished senior leader with experience leading large multi-territory teams for technology companies and executive leadership experience in the National Gallery of Ireland and the Arts Council. An accredited EMCC coach, Catherine has supported people at different career stages to discover their potential, work through challenging situations, and realise ambitious goals. She offers specialised interview preparation coaching, drawing on decades of experience hiring for high performance teams in the private and public sector.  In addition to coaching, Catherine runs a consulting business, supporting arts organisations to define and implement strategic change.

Catherine has an MSC in Art History, an MA in Cultural Policy & Art Management, and an Executive Diploma in Organisational Change & Transformation.
