Janice McAdam.

Janice is a consultant, facilitator and coach. She supports individuals and organisations to think with clarity and courage about what matters to them. She has a particular interest in supporting organisations to define their purpose and in helping people to consider change.

Since starting out as an actress in 1988, Janice’s career evolved across marketing and management roles in the arts and in other sectors, gathering the understanding, expertise and experience she now brings to her work. Warm and incisive, encouraging and exacting, Janice works mainly in a consultancy capacity, supporting organisations in strategy development, and in processes of review and evaluation, research and insight generation.

Janice retains a practice as a coach for arts and creative professionals and has led coaching programmes for artists and arts workers for several local authorities. Her approach is strengths based and informed by the processes of Appreciative Inquiry.

Janice has a MSc in Work and Organisational Behaviour (DCU), a Diploma in Career Coaching (TU Dublin) and is graduate of York University and the National University of Ireland. She is currently studying for the Professional Certificate in Governance at the Institute of Public Administration and is a member of the Association of Coaching.
