Katherine Zeserson

Katherine Zeserson ( www.zeserson.com ) is a coach, advisor, facilitator, artist and trainer. She believes in the power of reflective practice to inspire human potential and build compassionate communities. She often works at the intersections between leadership culture, personal development, social transformation, creative process and impact.

After 35 years in arts practice and leadership, she qualified as a coach with RD1st (UK) in 2016. Her free-lance portfolio combines coaching and mentoring; organisational and leadership development; creative practice as a musician and writer; training in a range of third-sector contexts; speaking engagements and guest lecturing.

Her approach is deeply intuitive, drawing on a variety of questioning techniques and creative practices to nurture the emergence of insight. Supporting clients in their thinking journeys can lead to long-term, reflective investigations into fundamental questions of meaning, values, selfhood and belonging; as well as swift, focused articulation of concrete goals, plans and actions. She takes her cue from the client, offering reflective questioning, creative thinking strategies and compassionate challenge.

Individual clients range from artists through to CEOs/leaders of third-sector institutions. Current organisational clients include Britten Pears Arts (UK), European Concert Halls Organisation, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra (UK), Wicklow County Council (IRL) and Northumberland National Park (UK).
