Sinead McPhillips.
In 2014 Sinead set up her own business as a Communications Consultant. Prior to that she was the Marketing and Development Manager with Druid from 2006 – 2013. Sinead’s passion for connecting audiences with high quality cultural experiences drives her work. She supports some of Ireland’s leading arts organisations with campaign planning and execution, audience development strategies, research and mentorship.
Sinead is also passionate about nurturing the next generation of skilled arts marketeers to ensure there is robust expertise to support the sector into the future. Since completing her coaching training in 2022, Sinead has integrated coaching methodologies into her work to support individuals and organisations.
Sinead’s qualifications include a Post-Graduate Higher Diploma in Arts Administration (UCD), Degree in Business (ATU Galway), Diploma in Personal and Business Coaching (Irish Lifecoach Institute) and a Professional Diploma in Transversal Skills (Level 9) from UCD and TU Dublin, with a focus on Design Thinking, Creative Thinking and Entrepreneurship.
Sinead is a former chair of Galway Dance and a former board member of Macnas.
